Are you a skilled Admin Support seeking a fresh challenge? Mondia Health is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Support to join our dynamic team based in Bloemfontein. 

 REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Grade 12
  • Intermediate computer literacy Skills including but not limited to MS Office. (TEAMS/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint/Outlook)
  • Proficiency in billing software and hospital systems.
  • Sound Knowledge of general funder rules and basic knowledge of the Medical Schemes Act (131 of 1998)
  • Proven experience in billing of medical accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Funder rules with regards to Allied Health practitioners.

 The successful candidates will be responsible for, including, but not limited to the following:

  • Pre-Authorization Management
  • Scheduling & Coordination
  • Creating of claims
  • Claims Submission & Payment Success
  • Billing Accuracy
  • Case Manager Support
  • Outpatient Collections Collaboration
  • Independent Contractor Billing
  • Month-End Debtors Support
